Quadriplegic Spastic CP
A 5.5-year-old girl diagnosed with quadriplegic spastic CP presented with muscle tightness, hip flexor spasticity, upper limb candelabra pattern, and Modified Ashworth Scale grade 3 in all four limbs.
Primary complaints
No neck holding, lack of supported sitting and standing.
Outcome
It took 2 months of 3 PT sessions/ week, a home exercise program, and orthosis until she could hold her neck and sit with support for up to 10 seconds. She was a grade 2 on the Modified Ashworth Scale at discharge.
Feedback
My daughter could not hold her neck, sit, or stand independently until I met Dr. Sidra. Her treatment has bought big changes in my daughter in just 2 months. She can now hold her neck and sit for a few seconds unsupported. I am very thankful.

Post-surgical Elbow Stiffness
A 6-year-old boy presented with post-surgical elbow stiffness with minor swelling.
Primary complaints
Limited elbow extension + painful full flexion
Outcome
It took 12 physical therapy sessions and an extensive home exercise program to return to the full range of elbow extension and painless full elbow flexion.
Feedback
When I came to Dr. Sidra, my son had pain in the back of his forearm, and he couldn’t change his clothes or move his elbow. But after 12 physical therapy sessions with her, my boy can easily do all his daily activities alone. He goes to the washroom, changes his clothes, plays cricket and throws the ball quickly. I am totally satisfied with Dr. Sidra’s treatment and friendly attitude toward my son.
